Ben is Head of Corporate Finance and has been a member of the Hartleys Corporate Finance team since 2010. During this time, Ben has provided strategic corporate advice in relation to equity capital market transactions, mergers, takeovers and acquisitions for a number of Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed resource, energy and industrial companies.

Ben has broad corporate advisory experience, having originated and executed a wide range of corporate transactions focussed predominantly in the mid-large cap resources and mining services sectors.

Ben holds a Masters in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Science.

Ben joined Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance team in 2006, and since this time has provided corporate advice on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raisings, and corporate restructuring with a focus on the small to mid-cap resources and energy sectors. Ben has been involved in the marketing and raising of well in excess of $5.0 billion for exploration, development and mining operations.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University in Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Corporate Finance, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICCA).

Brian is a Director of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys in 2011, Brian was a Partner at PwC where he led the Corporate Finance and M&A practice in Western Australia. He has provided corporate advice to clients across the resources, mining services, engineering and technology sectors for over 20 years. Brian holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from UWA.

David has worked in the Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance team since 2012. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, David was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young. David is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA) and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance through Kaplan Professional Education. David has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Mineral Exploration Geoscience from the Curtin University School of Mines and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Science from the University of Western Australia.

Immediately prior to joining Euroz Hartleys Kyle worked at a small boutique corporate advisory firm where he was responsible for facilitating and structuring equity related transactions. Before that, he was a corporate lawyer at a large national Australian law firm, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions (both public and private) and equity capital market transactions.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Finance) from The University of Notre Dame Australia.

Rhys has wide-ranging experience in providing corporate advice on equity capital markets transactions and mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on resources, energy and industrials companies.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys Rhys worked at an ASX 200 energy company and in the Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) corporate (ECM/M&A) team. Rhys graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons).

Scott has over 20 years of experience advising companies on a wide range of corporate activities, including ASX equity capital market transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, predominantly in the resources, resource services and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys in 2017, Scott was a Director in PwC’s Transactions team, working in both Perth and London.

Scott is a qualified Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and has also obtained his Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia.

Before joining Euroz Hartleys, Tim was Vice President for Australia at Appian Capital, a leading mining private equity fund headquartered in London, where he led Appian’s investment sourcing, execution, and portfolio management across Australia and Asia.

Prior to Appian, Tim was a Director in UBS’ Mining and Metals investment banking office in Perth. At UBS, Tim advised on a number of significant mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt capital markets transactions for a range of clients across Australia and offshore.  Tim has also worked as a Senior Consultant in EY’s Perth Mergers and Acquisitions team, working across transactions in mining, agriculture, healthcare and industrials.

Tim is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Chelsey has worked in the Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance team since 2020. During her time, Chelsey has advised on a wide range of corporate transactions including ASX equity capital market and M&A transactions to companies predominantly in the resources and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Chelsey has had experience as a Commercial Analyst at Woodside Energy and at a boutique investment banking and stockbroking firm in New York.

Chelsey holds a Batchelor of Commerce (Finance and Business Law) from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Luke spent 4 years at Ernst & Young in both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Assurance practices.

Luke is a qualified Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Aidan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Finance and Business Law.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys in 2024, Aidan gained experience in Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Matt gained experience in M&A Valuations at Deloitte.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Sravan spent 4 years at KPMG in both the Valuations and Assurance practices.

Sravan is a qualified Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
