Gavin is the Head of Research with 19 years’ experience specialising in the detailed analysis, insight and research of industrial companies. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Gavin held a senior position in the Corporate Finance division of a major accounting firm, specialising in the financial analysis of mergers and acquisitions.

Mike is a Resource Analyst with over 13 years’ experience. He holds a BSc Hons (Geology) from the University of Adelaide, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and is a professional member of AusIMM.

Prior to his current analyst role, he spent over 10 years working as a geologist, and time in business development for a sales and marketing firm.

Declan is a Research Analyst focussed on small to mid-cap energy companies on the ASX. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys Declan worked as a geologist at Woodside Energy for 5 and a half years through the exploration and development divisions on a number of world-class assets.

Declan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Chemistry, an Honours in Geology and a Master of Geoscience from The University of Western Australia.

Kyle is a mining engineer with 15 years’ experience in hard rock mining across Western Australia, working in both technical and managerial positions.

Kyle graduated from the WA School of Mines with a Bachelor of Engineering Majoring in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Management. He holds a WA First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency and is President of the WA School of Mines Alumni.

Michael is a research analyst with 8 years’ experience focused on small and mid-cap ASX-listed resources companies. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Michael worked as a geologist with a number of exploration and mining Companies.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor Science both from the University of Western Australia.

Oliver is a Research Analyst focused on small and mid-cap ASX-listed industrials. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys Oliver worked as an Industrials Analyst at MA Moelis Australia, after holding roles at PwC and Deloitte earlier in his career.

Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.

Seth is a Research Analyst with 7 years’ experience focused on small to mid-cap ASX-listed healthcare companies.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Western Australia.

Steven is a research analyst focused on small and mid-cap ASX-listed resources companies. Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Steven was a Senior Analyst within Deloitte’s Assurance and Advisory Division. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Ben graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2023 and holds a double major in Accounting and Finance.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Ben had experience in Corporate Finance and Tax divisions at accounting firms BDO and KPMG.

Noah graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and is currently completing a Master of Applied Finance at UWA.

Prior to joining Euroz Hartleys, Noah gained experience across the financial advisory and tax divisions at Deloitte and BDO, and also completed an internship with Euroz Hartleys.
