Administration Support Officer
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide essential office support across our entire business. Responsibilities include welcoming corporate executives at our reception, assisting with internal events, maintaining well-stocked and tidy kitchen areas, and offering direct administrative support to our team of Administrators and Advisers.
This position is ideal for someone eager to take their first step toward building a career in the private wealth industry, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Some of the typical duties include:
- Managing mail
- Answering phones and putting calls through
- Assisting with client files
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Inputting data on to our client management database (XPlan)
- Assisting with reception duties
- Providing high level customer service and address client inquiries
