We recognise that perks are just as important as salary, here are some of the benefits we offer our employees.

Salary Packaging

This can include additional superannuation, phone, laptop, membership to professional organisations and airport lounge membership.

Paid Parental Leave

We offer 20 weeks of paid parental leave to the primary carer regardless of gender. Secondary carers are also eligible for six week paid parental leave. Paid superannuation on paid and unpaid parental leave.

Income Protection Insurance

Income protection insurance that adds to your financial security. The cost is met by Euroz Hartleys and is not deducted from superannuation contributions.

Journey Insurance

Cover from the time you leave your home and travel directly to your usual workplace.

Study Leave

Access up to two days study leave per semester per subject to prepare for, and attend examinations.

Performance Rights Plan

Employees who receive performance bonuses can elect to receive 25% of their bonus (before tax) as EZL shares instead of cash. This is optional and employees will be asked their preference.

Corporate Citizenship

Supporting the Western Australian community through programs such as Ronald McDonald House – Home for Dinner Volunteering and Red Cross Team Blood Donations.

Flexible Working

All roles are open to consider flexible working arrangements, with potential options such as flexible hours, working remotely, part time work or job share.

Team Events

Our annual team events include the Christmas party, End of Financial Year function and our annual Family Fun day. We also host multiple team events throughout the year such as lawn bowls, office drinks and sundowners.

EAP

Access Wellbeing Services is an independent and professional counselling service that helps employees and their families. The program provides up to six (6) confidential professional counselling sessions per year.

Corporate Benefits Program

HBF Corporate Health Cover: up to 8% discount and access to HBF Member Perks.

Westpac Corporate Partnership: benefits and financial education such as potential cash back on refinancing and information sessions such as buying your first home.

Gym Access

All employees of Euroz Hartleys have access to the QV1 gym facilities. Making health and wellbeing benefits available to all staff at Euroz Hartleys is a focus of ours.

Child Care Facilities

Staff receive preferential access to child care facilities at Nido Early School located at QV1.
