Michael Brown

Michael has more than a decade of financial services experience, specialising in equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. His expertise is highly focused on the metals and mining, mining services, and industrial sectors.

Michael rejoined the Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance team in 2026, having previously worked with the firm from 2018 to 2023. During his time away, he relocated to Toronto, Canada, where he worked within the Investment Banking team at SCP Resource Finance, focusing heavily on both TSX and ASX listed metals and mining mandates.

He began his career with EY’s Perth Assurance team, spending over three years focused on metals and mining, mining services, oil and gas, and diversified retail. During his time at EY, he completed his Chartered Accountant qualification.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Minerals and Energy Management from the University of Western Australia.
