Sienna joined Euroz Hartleys in March 2021, beginning her career as a Dealer’s Assistant before progressing to Wealth Strategy Associate. In that role, she supported the execution of investment strategies and contributed to the development of client-focused solutions.

Appointed Associate Adviser in September 2025, Sienna now works closely with Richard Gardner to deliver tailored investment strategies and align opportunities with clients’ long-term financial goals. She leverages her strong technical knowledge and strategic focus to ensure clients receive considered insights and support, helping them work towards successful outcomes.

Sienna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Edith Cowan University and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional and is currently completing her Professional Year.
