Russell began his stockbroking career with Hartley Poynton in 1994, earning a position on the Executive Council by 2000 before being invited to join the newly formed Euroz Limited in 2001 – a career trajectory that reflects the trust and regard he has earned across the industry over many years. He served on the Euroz Securities Board from 2006 until 2021, and the Euroz Limited Board from 2013 until 2021. In November 2022, Russell was appointed to the Board of Westoz Funds Management Ltd and its Investment Committee.
