Embark on a 12-month Private Wealth Graduate Program with our dynamic team and gain unparalleled exposure to various aspects of wealth management. You’ll work closely with professionals across key areas of private wealth, including Strategic Advice, Paraplanning, Funds Under Management, Portfolio Administration, Wealth/Investment Strategy, Investment Advisers and Stockbrokers, gaining valuable experience and building a solid foundation for a thriving career in finance.

As a trusted leader in wealth management Euroz Hartleys partners with clients to craft personalised strategies for wealth creation and preservation. Throughout the program you’ll rotate across different areas of our private wealth business allowing you to explore diverse career pathways and discover where your strengths and passions align.

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates or final-year students ready to be challenged and inspired as they carve out their career in wealth management. If you are eager to gain exposure across diverse clients and industries within a collaborative and vibrant team, and have a genuine interest in wealth management this is the role for you.

What you bring:

  • A recent degree or final-year studies in Finance and Financial Planning, or a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, or related degree
  • Solid academic performance
