Originally founded and listed in 2000 as a stockbroking business, through organic growth and successful acquisitions we have grown to become one of the largest Western Australian financial services firms. On 8 October 2020 Euroz completed the acquisition of Hartleys Limited creating the combined Euroz Hartleys Limited. On 1 November 2026, Bank of Montreal completed the acquisition of Euroz Hartleys’ Capital Markets business. Euroz Hartleys Group remains a purely Private Wealth business, with a national and international client base. Our goal is wealth creation through sound financial advice and appropriate investment strategies to our retail and wholesale clients.
